Dune buggy
If you visit the Australian Outback, you’d better come in a dune buggy. With its huge frame, oversized tires, and full rack of spotlights, it’s hands down the best way to brave the single, bumpy road that winds through the outback. Take the one Jarrah drives Mack MacAvoy in, for instance. (And yes, mate, Jarrah drives it. What’s the big deal? She’s already twelve and she’s been driving since she was nine! Plus, let’s not forget she’s a member of the Magnificent Twelve.)
Jarrah’s dune buggy definitely gets Mack and Stefan where they’re going, but to say the drive is a bumpy adventure would be a serious understatement. It would be more accurate to say that Mack feels like he’s been dumped in a blender and set on “vibrate to death.” But if you want to travel by dune buggy, you just have to grit your teeth and bear it . . . especially if Jarrah is your driver.
